There are several trekking places in Nepal where the trekkers need to have Nepal trekking permits. The department of immigration in Nepal will issue such types of trekking permits for different trekkers in Nepal who want to trek at different places in Nepal. Thus, trekking permits are a must to visit the different restricted regions of Nepal. But to visit the normal trekking regions of Nepal, there is no need to take any permission. Different types of trekking places will require different rates of trekking permit fees in Nepal. In Dolpo regions, the trekking permit fee is per week per person US $ 10 and will differ at other places of Dolpo regions. Similarly, at the Kanchenjunga region, the trekking permit per week per person is the US $ 10. In the mustang region, for the first 10 days the trekking permit fee is about US $ 500 and after 10 days the US $ 50. Similarly, there are several other places where the trekkers required trekking permits to visit. Some of them are Gorkha districts, Humla districts, Manaslu regions, Rasuwa regions, Dharma VDC, Rasuwa districts, Sankhuwasabha districts, Makalu regions, Mugu districts, Darchula district, and other several places in Nepal.
