Nepal Unique Treks has specific policies in place for booking Trekking, Tours, Climbing, Sightseeing, Hotel, Domestic flights, Guide and car rentals, and other services through its online platform.
Before booking any package, trekkers are required to carefully read and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in our company's profile. Also, we can make a comfortable and easy process for booking Nepal Holiday, between our understanding.
1. Payment Currency: Total Costs for treks and tours are typically quoted in $US dollars. This is a common rule in many tourist destinations where the local currency might be less stable or less widely accepted.
2. Payment Methods: Payment by cash after you arrive at the Hotel, or credit card, or Bank transfer by SWIFT.
3. Advance Payment: If you like to confirm your trek or tour with Nepal Unique Treks, you must send a 30% deposit from the total cost,
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance of the trip cost is usually paid after arrival at the Hotel, by cash$USD, if we use a credit card or SWIFT transfer, Clients have to pay a Bank service charge. and can verify the services provided.
5. Policy Variations: It's important to note that policies regarding payments (such as cancellation fees, refund policies, etc.) may vary between different trekking companies and regions. It's advisable to clarify these details before making any payments.

Here is some information about the Trip cancellation policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy of Nepal Holiday
- If our clients cancel the trip and provide a notice at least 7 days before the trip, 50% of the trip advance payment will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is not received at least 7 days before the trip, the payment will not be refundable.
2. Postponement Due to personal Problems
- If the cancellation is due to personal problems, the clients can postpone the Nepal Holiday for a future date. This implies that the clients can reschedule the Nepal Holiday instead of canceling it outright.
3. If no Prior Information Provided
- If the client fails to provide any prior information regarding the cancellation of the Nepal Holiday, Nepal Unique Treks will not be refunded your advance. This is important to notify the Travel Agency about any changes or cancellations in advance.
