But before booking the trek and other several tickets, the trekkers should carefully read the terms and conditions of the company's profile and should act according to the terms and conditions. The payment regarding the services should be according to the list without any bargaining.
Almost all types of payment regarding any trek or tour are mentioned in the US dollar and the trekkers are bound to pay the enlisted price which may be different according to the trekking types and regions. The payment can be made both in cash or traveler’s cheque or using other several types of services. But after the booking of the trek, some portion of the trip cost will be demanded by the company so as to move the process furthermore. After the advance money will be received, the booking will be sure and the remaining payment can be done after the arrival and according to the policy of the organization.
In the case of the cancellation of the trip, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. But the customer should send a notice of the cancellation of the trip before 7 days of the trip. Otherwise, the payment will not be refundable. But if the cancellation is due to date problems, the trekkers can postpone his/her trekking for further future. But if the customers don’t provide any prior information regarding the cancellation of the trip, then the payment will not be refunded.
