Although flights are subject to weather conditions, the best seasons for this tour are Autumn (September to December) and Spring (March to May), when the skies are clear and the mountain views are at their most spectacular.

5:30–6:30 AM: Hotel pickup and drop-off at Kathmandu International Airport's domestic terminal. Your Everest helicopter Day Tour will begin at the Kathmandu International Airport. We will pick you up from the hotel early in the morning and take you to the domestic terminal of the airport.
Preparation and processing for your scheduled helicopter flight to EBC with a takeoff from 6:30 to 7:00 AM. You can check in and handle your bags with the help of your guide. Bring your passport and tickets with you. Your documents and ticket will be checked by an airport official once you check in, at which point you can board your flight to Lukla.
You will take off for Lukla after completing your airport formalities. Fantastic views of lush hills will greet you as you take to the air. After passing past Dolakha village, you will arrive at Jiri village. A lush rhododendron forest covers the Lamjura-La Pass (3,550 m), which is covered on the helicopter journey.
