Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel [1,300 m/4,264 ft]

Arrive in Kathmandu, the vibrant capital of Nepal. You'll be welcomed by our Nepal Unique Treks representative, who will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist luxury bus 7 hrs,810m

Enjoy a scenic 7-8 hour drive through the picturesque countryside to reach Pokhara. You’ll have the evening free to explore the lakeside city. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 3 : Flight from Pokhara to Jomsome and trek to Kagbeni 3 hrs 2720m

Guesthouse Food Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Elevation 2720

Take an early morning flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, a beautiful mountain town located at 2,720 meters. The flight offers unforgettable views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Once in Jomsom, trek to Kagbeni. Overnight in Kagbeni.

Day 4 : Trek from Kagbeni to Muktinath 3750m 3/4 hrs Trek

The trek from Kagbeni to Muktinath is a thrilling and challenging ascent. Along the way, you’ll pass through rocky terrain and small settlements, ultimately reaching the sacred Muktinath Temple, which is believed to be the site where Lord Vishnu attained salvation. Explore the temple and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight in Muktinath.

Day 5 : Trek to Jomsome via Lubra Village 2743m, 6/7 hrs

After breakfast, start trek to Lubra Village. Take time to explore the village and visit the Lubra Monastery, which is home to a small community of monks. The village is perched on a hill with beautiful views of the Kali Gandaki River valley and the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. Engage with the locals to learn about their traditional lifestyles and the Bon Buddhist practices. After Lunch, begin your trek back to Jomsom, retracing your steps along the Kali Gandaki River valley. The route follows a gentle descent, passing through apple orchards, small villages, and desert-like terrain. Arrive in Jomsom, where you can relax and explore the local markets or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Day 6 : Drive to Pokhara from Jomsome 160 km, 6 hrs drive

Early Morning, after breakfast in the Guesthouse, we will take a Bus to Pokhara via Marpha, Kalopani, Tatopani, Beni, and Kusma. It will take 6 hrs more, depending on the roads and traffic conditions. Driving through the Kaligandaki valley and with the beautiful scenery of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. Arrive in Pokhara. Check in the Hotel and take your time for dinner and relax at the hotel. 

Your Muktinath Jomsome Trek ends in Pokhara. If you need further assistance, please contact us to continue to Lumbini, Chitwan National Park, and other trekking destinations.
