Before founding his own company, he worked extensively in the tourism industry as a trekking guide, tour guide, and mountaineering assistant, gaining hands-on experience along major trekking routes across Nepal.

In 2014, Dil established Nepal Unique Treks, a trusted trekking agency based in Kathmandu. As a passionate travel and tourism entrepreneur, he possesses in-depth knowledge of nearly every region in Nepal. His expertise and dedication make him one of the most reliable and well-experienced trekking and tour organizers in the country. As an outdoor operator, he leads and manages trekking teams with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
