In October 2022, I did the Annapurna Circuit Trek with my friends and It was a wonderful trek. I know The ACT is the most famous trek destination in the world. That's why I am doing a trek here. What I hear is the truth. and I am sharing it with you too. It was a memorable trek in my lifetime. People are so friendly, the Hospitality was great, and the food. And comfortable rooms. Our guide was Pasang Sherpa, he was very responsible and helpful, and the other lovely porters. The view was incredible and every day new and different.
It was an adventurous trek, but we felt safe with the Nepal Unique Treks Team. I still remember those stunning views from the top of Thorongla Pass and Poon Hill View Point. So if you are real trekkers and nature lovers, you must do it once in your life. Highly recommended ACT with Nepal Unique Treks.

Dil Gurung and Nepal Unique Treks was recommended to us by friends at work who used their service to hike Poon Hill Trek and the Annapurna Circuit Treks. November 10/2019, Dil picked us up from Kathmandu airport and gave us a thorough briefing at the hotel. His guide, Pratap, joined us on the trek along with two porters who assisted us with the bags. Pratap was very patient with us and the pacing we were comfortable for. He made sure all our food and accommodations were taken care of. The Nepal Unique Treks team is professional and courteous, and I can highly recommend them. I wish we will be back soon for different adventures.

In April 2024, I traveled with my family with the dream of completing the Everest Base Camp Trek with a helicopter return, organized by Nepal Unique Treks. Our guide, Dil Gurung, was introduced to us, and he proved to be highly professional in his job. Throughout the trek, Dil took excellent care of our entire family.
Although I had previously completed the Everest Base Camp Trek, this spring session was especially joyful and romantic, with vibrant rhododendrons and other colorful vegetation. In October 2025, I completed the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with a few of my college friends. From the very beginning, we received a warm welcome from Nepal Unique Treks and were led by our experienced and responsible guide, Dil Gurung. On the first day, Dil's motivation and encouragement gave us the confidence that we would complete the trek.
All of our friends made it to Annapurna Base Camp, combining the journey with the Poon Hill Trek. It was truly a lifetime experience—an unforgettable and enjoyable adventure in Nepal. Dil took excellent care of us, providing delicious food and clean teahouse accommodations. Even when some of my friends experienced altitude sickness, he ensured their safety and helped them complete the trek without any trouble. We all made it back to Pokhara safely, thanks to his guidance.

Recently, Ken and I (both in our 60s) did a trek from Lukla to Tengboche with Nepal Unique Treks. This company provided us with comprehensive service, including airport pick-up, transfer to the hiking area, and expert guide on the trek. Our guide, Dil was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to alter the pace of the trek to suit our ability.
Our Sherpa porter was kind and helpful too. This route traversed some of the most magnificent scenery I have ever seen. The walk from Khumjung to Namche Bazar passed through several valleys surrounded by snow-capped peaks- unforgettable!
At night, we stayed in tea houses which were clean and provided good food. This was truly an epic experience, which I will always remember. Thanks to the careful planning of our guide Dil, we were able to complete this trek and appreciate the majesty of the Himalayas. Thank you, Dil.

Our Trek to Everest Base Camp would not have been successful if we had no helpful and timely support from the Nepal Unique Treks team and Mr Dil Gurung as well. The Everest Base Camp Trek route is extremely wonderful and dangerous, but you must experience it once in your life, just mark your bucket list a check it.
So please please find a trusted tour agency that will accompany with and help you guys to conquer your dream, and Nepal Unique Treks is my priority in reference. It is tough to put in such few words, the experience we have received from Dil our Guide, our trek was amazing, extraordinary, and flexible, but it was so much more than just that, from the moment we stepped off the plane in Kathmandu, we knew we were in the right hands.
Dil was there to greet us with a warm welcome to Nepal and made us feel immediately comfortable, All our accommodation and transfers were all thoroughly organized. He made us feel at home straight away, As for the trekking itself. The Himalayas are simply breathtaking but what we appreciated the most was Dil’s knowledge of the environment we were in as well as his attentiveness to our group. He was constantly going out of his way to make sure we were feeling good and having a great time.
Trekking at altitude isn’t easy but Dil made it so much easier than it could have been with his kind, flexible, and incredibly funny nature. The flexibility was a big thing. Yes, we had a full and thorough itinerary, but as we trekked higher into the mountains we had to make decisions to change our plans to suit the group.
This was done with such ease. Dil found a way to slightly change our route while still achieving the goal we had set for ourselves in the first place, We made it to Everest Base Camp!!!. There were lots of large groups from other hiking companies that had strict itineraries. Strict and not flexible. Not that we needed another reason, but it once again reassured us that we had made the right decision to trek with Dil.
We did a lot of other things with Dil once the trekking was done. He showed us around Kathmandu and Pokhara. We went to a cultural Nepalese dinner which involved beautiful food and Rocksi, And a stunning 2-day trek out of Pokhara to see one of the most beautiful sunrises the Himalayas have to offer at Poon Hill.
I could go on forever, Dil has made this trip truly one to remember, I consider Dil a dear friend and I plan to come back and trek with him once again, When I’m fortunate enough to get some more time off work that is

At the beginning of April 2024, we arrived in Nepal and started a trek with my friend, My Uncle had a wonderful experience in Nepal, and so he recommended Dil and the Nepal Unique Treks team. Finally, we had a wonderful experience at Annapurna Base Camp with Poon Hill Trek.
We are very satisfied with our guide Indra Lama, He took care of us very well, and He is very knowledgeable, and informative for each itinerary, Porter did very hardworking and caring with our duffel bags.
During the high session also Mr Indra was able to provide us with clean and comfortable accommodation. He is such a best guide for Annapurna Base Camp Trek. We had a Lifetime experience of Mardi Himal Trek from Pokhara with the Nepal Unique Treks Team. We spent more than 2 months in Kathmandu for our official work, finally, we met Dil Gurung and he hosted our Mardi Himal Trek from Pokhara as a Local agency.

My bucket list has long included climbing Island Peak and trekking to Everest Base Camp. Several COVID delays caused my journey. The wait was absolutely worth it! My desire was realized thanks to Nepal Unique Treks. The Island Peak Climbing experience left a lasting impression on us. The porters and guides were exceptional, offering helpful advice on how to handle the altitude in particular. They made sure we were climbing at a steady rate that would allow for adequate acclimatization. We enjoyed our meals and spent as much time as we could around the wood furnace to remain warm. The lodging was excellent. The trip was fantastic!

Our trek to Poon Hill was successfull and really taken cared of by Dil and our porter. We enjoyed great trekking to the moutain, such good food (love the Dalbaht) and going to great places here and there during the trip. We'd definitely come back for the next time if we have opportunity. Highly recommended Dil's services!

Dil is the best guide ever! We did the Annapurna circuit in 16 days, and Dil arranged everything (permits, sleeping, eating, transportation, etc.). He was careful with us when we were at high altitudes (taking time for acclimatization and asking multiple times about our well-being). He explained a lot about Nepali culture, religion, and the area we were in, and answered all our questions. When I had a hard time right before the pass, he told me to take it slower and even carried some of my stuff until I felt strong enough again to carry it myself. Dil was very patient with us when we would occasionally whine ;). We stayed in a great teahouse that looked nice. In the end, Dil even assembled his phone-made videos into one video with the walking firiri song as a soundtrack! Very cool!

Before the Everest Base Camp trip, I knew this could be a life trip, so I've researched, read through a lot of reviews, and websites, and asked around my friends to choose the best tour company as far as I can for my trip. And by word of mouth, I chose this company, Nepal Unique Treks. Not be quite 100% confident at that time.
I contacted Dil to arrange the tour agenda, airport pickup, and packing list recommendation... Everything is easier than I thought. Although Dil had to take a group to EBC at that time (hardly access to the Internet along the way), he tried to reply to my every single question with patience and carefulness.
The day I came to Kathmandu, the flight was delayed more than an hour, but Dil still waited for me there and took me to the very nice hotel in Thamel. On the way to EBC, I knew that my friend and I had stopped a lot to take the photos (I took around 3k photos for the EBC trip). Our guide still waited for us patiently to make sure the 2 of us and we always stuck together, no one was left behind.
Some days, the weather is very cold, and standing in one place will make you get colder than walking, but our Guide was always standing there and waiting for us to take photos/change clothes/drink water/rest. The three of us talked and laughed a lot along the way...
