Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Begin trekking from Lukla to Phakding. The trail descends through the Dudh Koshi Valley and passes through several small villages. Overnight stay in Phakding.
Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges and ascending gradually. Reach Namche Bazaar, a bustling town and the gateway to the Everest region. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
Spend a day in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. You can explore the town, visit the Sherpa Culture Museum, and hike to the nearby Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest and other peaks.
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Phortse Thanga. The trail offers great views of Ama Dablam and other surrounding peaks. Overnight stay in Phortse Thanga.

Descend from Gokyo and retrace your steps back to Dole. Overnight stay in Dole.
Continue descending through forests and cross several suspension bridges. Reach Namche Bazaar and spend the night there.
Trek back to Lukla, enjoying the final day on the trail. Overnight stay in Lukla.
Take a morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Rest and explore the city.
