From Kathmandu to Nepalgunj then to Juphal flight will take trekkers for the amazing journey to the Lower Dolpo Region. Walking in the trail starts from Juphal. The trail passes by many traditional villages where you can observe the daily lifestyle of the locals. Once you have reached the Shey Phoksundo Lake inside the National Park the journey then returns back to Juphal for flight to Kathmandu. You can witness the plethora of the wildlife and the Himalayan ranges en-route to the Lake.

Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1350m) and then guided towards the hotel room at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour at Kathmandu

Day 03: Kathmandu to Nepalgunj (Flight for 1 hr 30 minutes) and overnight at lodge

Day 04: Nepalgunj to Jhuphal by flight (35 minutes) and then trek towards the Dunai (2150m) for about 3 hours and overnight at tent.]

Day 05: Dunai to Tarakot (2355m), trek for 6 hours and over night at tent.

Day 06: Tarakot to Laina Udar (3246m), trek for 7 hours and stay the night at tented camp.

Day 07: Laina Udar to Sim Udar (3585m), trek for 7 hours and overnight at tented camp.

Day 08: Sim Udar to Dhotrap (4070m), trek for about 7 hours and overnight tented camp.

Day 09: Dhotrap to Numala base camp (4630m), trek for 6 hours and then stay overnight at tent.

Day 10: Numala base camp to Danayghar (4470m), trek for about 6 hours passing the Numala pass (5115m) and the overnight at tented camp.

Day 11: Danayghar to Yak Kharka (3965m), trek for about 6 hours passing the Bagala pass (5100m), overnight at tented camp.

Day 12: Yak Kharka to Shey Phoksundo Lake (3710m), trek for about 4 to 5 hours and rest the night at tented camp.

Day 13: Shey Phoksundo Lake to Rechi (2940m), trek for about 4 to 5 hours and stay the night at tented camp.

Day 14: Rechi to Kagani (2722m), trek for about 6 to 7 hours and stay the night at tent.

Day 15: Kagani to Jhuphal (2320m), trek for 5 to 6 hours and stay the night at hotel.

Day 16: Jhuphal to Nepalgunj with flight and then back to Kathmandu with flight.

Day 17: Farewell and then final departure to the home.

Day 8: Sim Udar to Dhotrap

Sim Udar to Dhotrap (4070m), trek for about 7 hours and overnight tented camp.

Day 9:  Dhotrap to Numala base camp

 Dhotrap to Numala base camp (4630m), trek for 6 hours and then stay overnight at tent.

Day 10: Numala base camp to Danayghar
