After breakfast, you will attend a detailed trek briefing with your guide. Today’s trek follows the Dudh Koshi River through pine forests and charming Sherpa settlements. You will cross several iconic suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge.

After entering Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, the trail climbs steeply toward Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital of the Everest region. Along the route, weather permitting, trekkers enjoy their first distant view of Mount Everest.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar, 3,440m / 11,286ft, 4/5 hrs

Acclimatization is extremely important during the Everest Base Camp, Cho La Pass, and Gokyo Trek. To help your body adjust to a higher altitude, you will take a short acclimatization hike to the Everest View Hotel or nearby viewpoints.

The hike offers spectacular panoramic views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Thamserku. After returning to Namche, you can explore local bakeries, museums, trekking shops, and Sherpa culture.

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche Monastery Altitude: 3,867m / 12,687ft Trek Distance: 10 km Trek Duration: 5–6 hrs

The trail follows a scenic ridge with incredible Himalayan panoramas before descending to the Dudh Koshi River and climbing through rhododendron forests to Tengboche. Today’s trek gradually climbs through Pangboche village and alpine landscapes toward Dingboche. The scenery becomes more rugged as you gain altitude. Dingboche is a beautiful Himalayan settlement surrounded by towering peaks and stone-walled fields. Day 8: Hike to Nagarjun Hill – Acclimatization Day Highest Altitude: 5,100m / 16,732ft Hiking Duration: 5 hrs

Today is another important acclimatization day during the Everest Base Camp, Cho La Pass Trek. Hike to Nagarjun Hill above Dingboche for breathtaking panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and surrounding Himalayan peaks.
