  5. Gundruk: It is a fermented leafy vegetable, usually made from mustard greens, that is used in various Nepali dishes.

  6. Kwati: This is a soup made with a mixture of nine different types of sprouted beans and is traditionally eaten during the festival of Janai Purnima.

  7. Chatamari: It is a thin crepe-like dish made with rice flour, topped with minced meat, vegetables, and eggs.

  8. Thukpa: It is a hearty noodle soup made with vegetables, meat, and noodles that is popular in the mountainous regions of Nepal.
